Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about services.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.

  • Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records.

  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams for customer support.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate degree.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.

  • Basic understanding of CRM software (training will be provided).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
