Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi and have a basic understanding of CRM systems. This role involves interacting with customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.

Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records.

Assist in coordinating with internal teams for customer support.

Qualifications

Any graduate degree.

Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
