Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresher accountants to join our team as interns. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and compliance, offering an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain practical knowledge in accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
- Support in preparing and maintaining financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Help process invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly and annual closings.
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in tax-related activities, including filing, auditing, and GST calculations.
- Support the accounting team in various ad hoc projects, as assigned.
Learning Outcomes
- Gain in-depth exposure to core accounting functions and real-world applications.
- Develop knowledge of tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Acquire skills in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or company-specific software).
- Learn the fundamentals of financial data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (2023, 2024 & 2025 pass out graduates or final-year students preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
